Office Administrator – TEMP Assignment

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. If you are organised, proactive, and have a passion for ensuring smooth office operations, we would like to hear from you!
 
  • Rate: $32
  • Location: Mount Wellington
  • 4 Month Temp Assignment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Assisting employees and customers with inquiries and providing excellent service.
  • Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently.
  • Managing office organisation, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
  • Keeping track of ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Creating and updating customer information databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal company policies and regulations.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with customers, fostering a positive and professional environment.
  • Organising and coordinating events, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion.
  • Presentations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on scheduling and office management.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point)
  • Proficient in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Experience in event organization and coordination is highly desirable.
  • Can do positive and upbeat attitude.
