My client is looking for a part time permanent Payroll Specialist 

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part time work or coming back into the workforce.

About the role:
  • Full end to end payroll processes
  • Being the face of payroll
  • Verifying manual timesheets and ensuring accurate data
  • Support of the Senior Payroll Office
  • Maintain employee master data records and ensure integrity of all data.
  • Continually identify opportunities to develop and improve both payroll, HRIS and wider HR processes
  • Prepare and distribute accurate monthly reporting
About you:
  • 2+ years’ experience in payroll administration
  • Understanding of HR systems, processes and tools
  • Sound working knowledge of changing employment-related legislation
  • Sound knowledge of and competence using current Microsoft office software packages including Outlook, Word and Excel. Power BI.
  • High level of attention to detail and numerical proficiency
  • Communicate and engage well in person and in writing.
  • Pro-actively build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Knowledge of te reo, tikanga and the Treaty of Waitangi, or have the willingness and commitment to learn.
  • Be a self-starter who can operate independently as well as collaboratively.
