I am looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor for a 6-8 week contract, asap start in next 2 weeks, for an organisation based in Mt Wellington.

Your day to day will be:
-ER (non-unionised)
-Letter writing
-Partnering and advice with Managers
-Relationship management
-Liaising with administration
-BAU HR
-Change
-ER- strong on medical incapacity end to end process
_PiP’s – Performance Improvement Plans

If you are a seasoned all-rounder who can pivot quickly.

Based in Mt Wellington and will require travel out to sites out across Auckland.
