• 6-month Fixed Term Contract

• Rare opportunity in a fast paced, creative environment for an experienced People & Culture Lead or Senior HR Business Partner. 

This is a 6-month fixed term contract for immediate start in Feb/March..

• The role is a sole charge role reporting into the Chief People Officer in Australia, responsible for the HR across a number of creative agencies and will be responsible for:
• Generalist end to end HR remit
• Strategy implementation
• Business partnering with Managers
• Operational HR
• Employment Relations (with additional external support for complex ER)
• Culture and engagement
• Wellbeing
• Leadership advice and coaching
• Sourcing training programmes
• (Please note this role isn't responsible for recruitment). 

To be successful in this role you will need to be proactive, positive and motivated, and be prepared to roll your sleeves up and do operational HR, be adaptable and confident in your abilities.
