• Learning and Development Lead
• Hourly rate Contract 3-6 months
• Central Auckland location

Opportunity for a Learning & Development contractor to join a business technology solutions organisation to assist through a large programme of work across multiple workstreams.

The project will involve reshaping of the sales structure and the merging of multiple businesses into one stream.

You will work with an external training provider who will be delivering the sales training for circa 100 people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed the learning programme  
• Building a learning framework
• Learning administration
• Project management
• Managing accountability with the training provider
• Ensure smooth running/flow of the training
• Stakeholder engagement and point of contact

You will be supported by a Business Analyst, a Project Manager and HR.
