We are looking for a trusted and proactive business partner to work closely with Executives and their senior leadership team. This role will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with the HR leadership working as a change agent to launch new people initiatives.
- Leading on performance, remuneration and talent reviews
- Managing day to day operational needs across ER, performance management
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide true business partnering
- Be proactive with senior leadership teams and executives
- Provide coaching and development to leaders to uplift capability
- Co-Design and implement new people products
- Develop proactive people plans
- Implement talent management and succession processes
- Remuneration and development planning
- Wellbeing initiatives
- Engagement survey and people experience.
This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the development of the People and Culture strategy and to support other team members providing training. You will have plenty of project variety and input to organisation design and change, talent planning and setting the business up for operational excellence.
