About the role:

As such, your ability to design role scope and collateral (e.g. job descriptions) will be hugely valuable to VSA.
In this role, you will provide thought leadership and best practice guidance to your kaimahi. You’ll bring a continuous improvement approach to recruitment processes, candidate management, and timeframe expectations. You’ll also build Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) capability within your team and the broader organisation – notably ensuring that VSA’s Māori and Pasifika candidates experience a truly mana enhancing candidate journey.
The team use JobAdder as their recruitment management system – we would ideally love for the Recruitment Manager to bring experience with JobAdder and the ability to maximise the benefits of this software.
