The role will be responsible for developing and implementing the technical training strategy. The role is focussed around technical training and needs based training programme development to bridge gaps and grow capability- and you will partner with subject matter experts to provide fit for purpose learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs based training programme development
- End to end technical training programme design (skill build & safety compliance)
- Competency assessment framework design and deployment
- Career pathway mapping
- Provide innovative solutions
- Project management
- Oversee ongoing development of competency assessment
- Cadet learning programme
- Management of learning records
To be successful in this role you will need to have significant experience in developing/delivering technical training programmes, have proven experience in leading change and innovative solutions, can manage multiple stakeholder engagements and can influence people to be on the journey.
