A successful name in the NZ Design and Build Construction market with nationwide coverage, have secured prominent wins for some larger clients. Standards are high, their culture is positive, inclusive and focuses on skill development with a high training budget.
Due to being awarded a large retirement village development, they are looking to bolster the commercial team and now need a Senior QS to play a key role in the financial management of this contract.
The role will see you managing subcontractor negotiations, project financial management, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations.
This role would suit an applicant with at least 8+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
