About the Role:

About the Role:
- 2-3 years’ experience providing 1st/2nd Level Technical Support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for external customers.
- Heavy Microsoft experience, including Microsoft 365
- Experience delivering excellent services to contracted SLA targets, meeting and exceeding expectations and always meeting deadlines.
- 2-3 years’ experience being the interface with a customer (and 3rd parties) for support and resolution of problems.
- Excellent spoken English as there will be a fair amount of time spent on the phone
Technical Skills:
- Enterprise Platform Management
- Desktop Support, Active Directory, Windows Servers, Network management
- Office 365, IAM , Mail/Exchange, VOIP and MDM (Intune)
- Azure Cloud experience - desirable
- MSP experience
On-call: Once properly integrated in the company, they will be on an on-call register – on-call allowance and overtime paid
