Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Unity Developer to join an innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality interactive experiences for various platforms, including mobile, console, and PC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of game development principles and a creative mindset and will be passionate about creating simulations for real life training. We are looking for individuals passionate about creating simulations for real life training. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unity and C#.
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to create immersive and engaging experiences.
  • Optimize game assets and performance for different platforms.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Unity development.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Document development processes, technical specifications, and game systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Unity development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in C# programming and understanding of game development principles.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus.
  • Experience with multi-platform development (mobile, VR/AR, console) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Unity’s UI system and particle systems.
  • Knowledge of multiplayer networking and online services integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).
