Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator with a minimum of 3+ years experience to join their friendly organisation and assist at a busy time. This organised is based in Grafton.
If you have a friendly, professional, positive nature and have previous experience in a Accounts Payable role, with a "can do" attitude we might just have the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities include:
Processing vendor invoices
Accuracy between PO's and receipts
Reconciliations of vendors statements
Reconciling creditors and creating weekly, fortnighty and monthly payment runs
Credit card and Accounts Payable Balance sheet reconciliations
Qualifications and Skills required:
3+ years experience in an accounts payable role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Xero software experience is preferable but not essential
Top notch MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel (to an intermediate level)
Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
Initiative and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
