• Business Analyst
• Auckland based
• Contract Duration: Immediate start – 31st July 2025

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a key integration project involving SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless data integration across complex landscapes, including SAP and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data and technology teams to assess the impact of upcoming Cost Centre changes.
• Conduct information-gathering sessions across multiple applications.
• Analyse and document findings based on complexity, risk, and effort estimation.
• Map business processes where critical data points are utilized.
• Translate technical information into business-friendly insights for stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with data in complex environments (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to create clear documentation and detailed user stories/requirements.
• Previous SAP/SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
