Essential: Prior experience with Home Lending Regulations or other compliance-related projects.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical and documentation capabilities
- Proven ability to structure and facilitate workshops
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse groups
- A collaborative mindset while maintaining a strong focus on delivery
