Temporary Office Administrator roles – Immediate Start
  • Duration: 8 weeks or longer
  • Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday
  • Location: Wellington, CBD
  • Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
We are seeking candidates for multiple temporary office administrator positions with an immediate or near-immediate start. If you have experience in data entry, processing administration, or customer service within an office environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Entering and processing data or applications  
  • Cross-checking information for accuracy
  • Conducting a small amount of outbound calling to verify details
  • Maintaining and updating databases
Skills and Attributes Required:
  • 2-3 years of office-based experience in data entry or processing roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
