- Conducting a small amount of outbound calling to verify details
- Maintaining and updating databases
- 2-3 years of office-based experience in data entry or processing roles
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
