- Digital Operations Manager (Intermediate Level with a path to Permanent Role)
- 12 Month Contract
- Auckland Based - Hybrid Working
This role is expected to transition to a permanent position within 6–9 months of the contract, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end game release processes, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Lead issue triage, troubleshooting, and incident management, resolving issues in line with SLAs.
- Support daily technical operations and act as a subject matter expert for key systems.
- Coordinate UAT activities and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver platform changes.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, reports, and SOPs.
Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Experience in project management, business analysis, or digital operations.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage production incidents and provide on-call support on a rotating schedule.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to resolve incidents independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical and business requirements.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing high-impact issues.
