The Role.
- Define and prioritise work for each iteration in the SDLC.
- Organising, managing and prioritising our backlog of epics and user stories.
- Supporting the Product Owner working at a detailed level to define requirements and acceptance criteria for the delivery team.
- Collaborate with the development and testing team to understand technical constraints and considerations
- Presenting high-level requirements via business process diagrams, user stories and other relevant output formats.
- Defining requirements and detailed acceptance criteria at a level that can be directly used for estimating, development and test plans.
- Working with designer(s) to annotate design outputs that effectively communicate functional requirements.
- Ensuring all delivery team members understand the scope of work.
- Effectively working in an iterative pattern with stakeholders and technical teams continually refining and prioritising requirements so that the right business value is delivered.
Key Skills:
- A technical background or good understanding of technology, along with experience working in an iterative/agile software development environment, is ideal.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to collaborate with a development team, understand technical problems and find a pragmatic way forward.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Figma and/or Miro ideal.
- Prior experience as an analyst in a digital (website and/or apps) iterative software development environment writing detailed acceptance criteria.
- Proven analytical skills, planning and problem-solving skills, efficient decision making skills.
