We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Reporting and Insights Analyst to join our client. Are you a person to challenge and ask questions to understand the why? This key role supports the accuracy and timely delivery of reporting, analysis, and insights while contributing to the effective monitoring of development projects and overall programme delivery. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring reports and insights provided is the trusted source of information for the business.
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role. As our client evaluates the evolving needs and requirements of the business, positive changes are taking place, creating new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage key programme data sets and reporting tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and data sets.
- Perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain an accurate view of all monitored projects and contribute to the overall development pipeline.
- Collaborate with both internal teams (Development, Strategy, and Masterplanning) and external stakeholders (Project Managers, Development Partners).
- Produce and distribute reports, maintaining an internal digital presence and ensuring timely updates.
- Drive continuous improvements in data governance, accuracy, and reporting practices.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous data.
- Big-picture thinking to identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Proven experience in maintaining and analysing complex data sets.
- Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance data processes and reporting.
