Opportunity for an early career HR Manager or HRBP ready for their next step!

The role is a blend of strategic and operational HR in a unionised, SME, manufacturing environment. This is a permanent role, located in South Auckland and offers WFH.  The focus of the role is to embed and enhance HR practices within the business and coach leaders.

• First point of contact for all HR queries
• Implementation of global HR strategy
• Leadership Mentoring and coaching
• Generalist advice
• Policies and processes
• Culture and engagement
• Performance management
• ER/IR support to IR Manager

Reporting to the HR Director in Australia and NZ GM, this is a great role for a Senior HRBP looking for career growth or early career HR Manager. We are looking for at least 4 years' experience, preferably in a unionised environment
