• Project Manager
• Location: Auckland
• Contract Duration: 12 month contract

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead a key initiative within a large-scale core system replacement programme.

This role is a mix of business and technology, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management across scope, risk, finance, and delivery
• Work closely with both technical and business teams to drive transformation
• Support sizing and prioritisation of work while navigating shifting priorities
• Balance traditional project management with Agile/Scaled Agile delivery methods
• Foster a collaborative team culture to ensure successful project outcomes

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience, including on large, complex projects or programs
• Financial services experience, ideally in banking
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including executive-level stakeholders
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) – ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration
• Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments is highly desirable
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage change, and maintain resilience in a dynamic setting
• PM/Agile qualifications and JIRA expertise are a plus.
