About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to provide critical support to our project team implementing Oracle Fusion ERP. This is a fast-paced, high-impact project requiring someone with a strong understanding of Oracle technologies, ideally with experience supporting projects in an electrical services or field services business. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of the project, providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support to a busy team working under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for project team members.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring it is organized, readily accessible, and up-to-date.
- Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations.
- Support the project team in the execution of project tasks as needed.
- Maintain project trackers, logs and other administrative tools.
- Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between project team members and stakeholders.
- Familiar with Oracle technologies and platforms is highly desirable. Experience in supporting ERP implementations is a plus.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within a technology or ERP implementation environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in supporting busy teams under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- A strong ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience supporting projects in an electrical services or field services business is highly preferred.
- Experience with or understanding of Oracle technologies is a plus.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
