About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager or Program Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP across our organization. This is a significant transformation project requiring a proven leader with a strong Oracle background, ideally including experience with Electricity Distribution Businesses (EDBs) and/or field service management. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from planning and execution to stakeholder management and risk mitigation. This is a high-visibility role demanding strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Effectively manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential problems.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and communication across all levels of the organization.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication channels with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Track and report project progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on Oracle technologies and platforms.
• Experience with EDBsand/or Field Service Management is highly desirable.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with a minimum of 5 years leading large-scale ERP implementations.
• Proven experience with Oracle technologies and platforms, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Experience with EDBs (Enterprise Data Bases) or Field Service Management is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to hit the ground running and quickly integrate into a dynamic team environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
• Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
