Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
- Drive complex deployments with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect with 8-10 years of experience.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong stakeholder management and integration architecture experience.
- Telco transformation experience: Vlocity CPQ, EPC, XOM, Communication Cloud, Data Migration.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Automation, Apex, and DevOps Strategy.
