We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client in Auckland’s CBD. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives across compliance-driven, governance, change, capital works and infrastructure projects.  Your well-honed PM and business case writing skills will play a key part in more efficient and effective business transformation. If you are experienced in organisational change requirements, stakeholder management and project management and want to work in a fun and engaging environment working as part of an organisational transformation team- this will be an ideal opportunity for you. 

 
To be considered you must have:

• Worked as a Senior PM before on a range of projects,
• Experience working with cross-functional systems and teams,
• Knowledge of Agile principles,
• Prior ‘Better Business Case’ writing experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of public sector, complex environments,
• Excellent communication skills – both written, verbal and presentation.
• Business transformation experience
• Be able to help shape conversations around operating model change
• Stakeholder identification
• Engaging stakeholders and getting them on the journey
• Scoping projects
• Project delivery experience
