The opportunity to join a large independent and National brand based at Head office on the North Shore.

The Brand Experience Manager reports to The Head of Brand and part of the wider Marketing team.  This is an organisation with some exceptional sponsors and programmes of work.
This is a simply fantastic opportunity to bring your previous exceptional Event organisational and execution skills to the position. You will thrive on driving and executing the schedule of annual events. You are not fazed by multi-tasking and have the confidence to work at all levels of a business, out to sponsors, suppliers and leadership teams. Many of these events are leading examples in the industry.

As Brand Experience Manager, you will:

• Execute the annual programme of brand experience events. These events have significant sponsors, customers and impact and are part of the fabric of the business
• Manage key relationships with suppliers, agency and all involved
• Exceptional communication is required to report and drive what is required on events, issues, risks and budget.
• Drive and manage the end-to-end process of every event is key and requires prior experience to ensure success at all touch points.
• Budget management and negotiation of contracts with suppliers
• Gather feedback, educate and ensure best practice for every situation
• Collaborate with both internal and external parties

You will bring:

• Previous creative energy and experience. The schedule of events is very much part of the business and calendar.
• A natural communicator, you love to pick up the phone and get to know contacts and drive the activity not hide behind the computer.
• You maybe someone who is on client side and driving a sponsored programme or you are a current Event planner.
• This role will give you incredible exposure to large scale events and hands on action. Open to learning the organisational structure and culture.
• You need to be an exceptional organiser and can front foot situations. Calm under pressure and a confident public speaker
