We are seeking a Digital Operations Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end operational processes, issue management, and technical support for a fast-paced, high-profile program.

This role will involve working closely with multiple stakeholders and ensuring the smooth execution of all technical operations, from implementation to production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end game release processes, from planning to launch, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Lead issue triage, troubleshooting, and incident management, ensuring resolution in line with SLAs.
  • Support daily technical operations and act as a subject matter expert for key systems.
  • Coordinate UAT activities and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver platform changes.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, reports, and SOPs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project management, business analysis, or digital operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage production incidents and provide on-call support on a rotating schedule.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to resolve incidents independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ability to write clear and concise technical and business requirements.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while focusing on high-priority issues.
