Key Skillsets
  • Strong technical background in MSP environment– you would be the “go-to” person of all L3 and escalated tickets.
  • Strong relationship management and customer service – staff, clients, vendors and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive forward thinking mindest
  • Experience in IT Service Management roles
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft infrastructure and M365 technologies.
  • Thive under pressure, think fast, and take ownership of challenges
  • Pride yourself on your continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering outstanding IT experiences.
  • A team player with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Takes ownership, thinks on their feet, and gets things done.

  • Monitoring key performance metrics and ensuring SLAs are met with excellence.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures to reduce recurring issues
