Opportunity for a Fixed Term contract to 31 July 2025. ASAP start in January.

We are looking for a solid generalist at senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level to join a large organisation in the Auckland CBD.

As part of the People Operations team, you will co-design and implement People Projects and support the Head of People Projects in the delivery of a variety of HR led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of People projects (OD & Generalist)
• Facilitate strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Generalist BAU overflow
• Reporting and data management

Key skills and experience:

• Strong generalist HR skills and solid ER knowledge
• Understanding of organisational development, change management & people experience
• Solid problem-solving ability
• Analytical ability 
• HR project experience
• Proven experience in delivering people initiatives
