The key focus of the role is to design and implement organisational development and learning and development initiatives in line with the organisational strategy, supporting the broader people strategy, culture and leadership agendas.
You will use your expertise to develop and deliver people experience and L&D initiatives and programmes to improve capability across the business.
Supporting the Head of People Operations in the delivery of organisation development programmes and initiatives, you will work closely with the wider people team and Senior Leadership teams to ensure business needs are reflected in the design of OD and learning initiatives.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
- Ensure co-creation and delivery of relevant frameworks, people programmes and initiatives.
- Provide organisational development advice
- Lead aspects of projects
- Ensure learning programmes/initiatives meet the needs of the learner
- Manage onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain OD and learning HRIS modules
- Contribute to the research and consultation for effective learning and organisation development advice and plans
- Monitor and report of effectiveness
- 5+ years relevant experience in roles focused on employee experience and delivering OD programmes
- Proven experience in implementing strategic people initiatives ie culture, leadership development and L&D outcomes
- Experience in project teams
- UX and Design Thinking experience is a plus.
- Experience with LMS
- Proven engagement with senior leaders
