We are looking for a People Lead for a company that is deeply committed to its values and purpose and prioritises personal development and career growth.   This is a permanent role that offers 2 days’ work from home.

This role reports into the Head of People and is responsible for contributing to and implementing strategic HR initiatives and managing a small team.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
•    Providing strategic HR guidance to senior leaders
•    HR projects
•    Advising on complex ER matters
•    Remuneration and benefits
•    Workforce planning
•    Talent management
•    Performance management
•    Change management
•    Providing IR expertise
•    People leadership

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned HR professional with experience working closely with senior managers within a dynamic, fast paced environment.  Extensive experience in a unionised environment required.
