Reporting to the Regional HR Director for the APAC region this role is responsible for providing business partnering and owning functional responsibility in NZ. The role will lead a motivated and collaborative team to ensure the organisation attracts, develops, motivates and retains high performing team members. You will work with and support leaders to build and implement HR solutions.
To provide the right business support, the Senior HR Manager must be not only passionate about the HR agenda but also possess a strong commercial acumen – thinking of themselves as a business leader first.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, direction and ongoing development to the HR team
- Delivery of the HR strategy
- Attraction and recruitment, talent development
- Culture and engagement initiatives.
- Coaching
- Learning & Development Programmes
- Leadership development, and succession planning
- Employment Relations
- HR projects
- Workforce Planning
- Policies & processes- building best practice
To be successful in this role we are looking for:
- Strong HR generalist experience
- Management and business partnering experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial acumen
- Experience in coaching leaders to lift capability
- Strong recruitment experience
- Proven culture building experience
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
