- Service Desk Analyst
- 3-month contract role

- Our client is looking for a technical support expert to join them as a Service Desk Analyst as part of their busy Service Desk Team.
- You will be responsible for managing the IT Service Desk mailbox, answering telephone calls to the service desk and ensuring that all actions are taken to address support requests and are recorded in the IT Service Management system and that internal customers are provided with regular and timely updates on their outstanding tickets.
- You will need prior experience in a level 1 and 2 technical support role to be able to hit the ground running in this 3-month contract position.
About you:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Service Desk or Help Desk experience.
- You will have experience working in an IT Support environment and be familiar with ITIL processes for incident and problem management.
- You will have experience in providing hardware support – including installing, configuring, upgrading, maintaining and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, servers phone systems and printers etc.
- You enjoy taking ownership of tasks and providing outstanding customer service.
- 3-month contract with strong possibility of an extension
- Fantastic offices in Auckland (must be able to work 100% onsite)
- Free Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Close support throughout the duration of the contract.
- 24/7 rotating roster with 4 days on, and 4 days off.
2 - night shifts - 12 hours - 6pm - 6am
2 weeks training
