This can be a contract for 6-8 moths or a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skill gap identification
- Develop & implement a comprehensive capability development strategy
- Continues improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Practice Leads to understand specific development needs
- Performance measurement- monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- Resource management
- Budget management for capability development programs
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in technology workforce development
- Experience or familiarisation with SIFA well regarded
- Excellent project management skills
- Multitasking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
