Opportunity to develop a comprehensive view of skills across the technology department and alignment of these to the Technology Strategy. Key remit is to design, implement and manage programs that enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of the technology workforce.

This can be a contract for 6-8 moths or a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Skill gap identification
  • Develop & implement a comprehensive capability development strategy
  • Continues improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with Practice Leads to understand specific development needs
  • Performance measurement- monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Resource management
  • Budget management for capability development programs

Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in technology workforce development
  • Experience or familiarisation with SIFA well regarded
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Multitasking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
