Are you a skilled Network Specialist looking for a challenging role in a high-stakes environment? Join a small team of experts dedicated to maintaining and supporting critical applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support infrastructure for industry-leading applications
• Manage on-site implementation and support for resilient network and server environments.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, both locally and internationally, to investigate and resolve issues
• Ensure seamless communication with partners and resolver units.
• Maintain status reports and align with overall program objectives.

Required Expertise:
Proven experience in the delivery, operation, and support of complex IT applications and systems.

Expert knowledge of network infrastructure, including:

• F5 Load Balancers (iRules)
• Firewalls (WatchGuard, Palo Alto, StormShield)
• LAN/WAN configuration, DNS, SMTP, certificate management, and high availability.
• Strong Linux and Windows systems knowledge – VMWare and OpenShift experience is an advantage
• Hands-on experience supporting mission-critical OLTP databases (Oracle & MS SQL Server preferred).
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Relevant technical qualifications in networking, security, or infrastructure.
