As part of the people Operations team you will support a portfolio of functions and work closely with the People Business Partner to build People Leader capability through the provision of expert advice, support and coaching
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert operational advice
- Escalate issues where appropriate for further advise and risk management
- Collaborate with Business Partners taking direction when required
- Maintain records
- Support the Business Partner on mediation and wider employment relations issues
- Systems, data and employment documentation updates and maintenance
- Support in house recruitment and onboarding activity
- Support key people projects
Key Experience and Skills:
- Relevant qualification or experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven multi-tasker
- Can work to deadlines
- Well organised
- Experienced senior HR coordinator or early career advisory experience
