Opportunity to join a community-based organisation in the Auckland CBD with multiple Auckland sites and plenty of opportunity to grow your career!

We are looking for Business Partners with the following safety experience:

• Construction or engineering or infrastructure or customer service operations

No two days the same with 4 days per week out on sites engaging with contractors, employees and leaders partnering with them to drive safety initiatives, capability and focus.

To be successful in this role you will need to have had experience in a complex organisation providing health, safety and wellbeing advice, risk management advice, and managing initiatives.

• Safety strategy implementation
• Driving safety and wellbeing initiatives
• Risk management
