This role is in South Auckland and is an opportunity to join a complex industrial organisation. The role will be 80% health & safety and 20% HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety incident investigations
- Compliance management
- Safety systems updates
- Coach leaders
- Hands on support
- Develop and implement safety training
- Liaise with the people and Culture Manager to support on HR initiatives
- Managing risk profile plan
- Reporting
