Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources administration? We're seeking a dynamic HR Administrator to join our fast-paced team in East Auckland.
- Salary: $60 000 - $70 000
- Fixed Term – 8 months
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of employment-related documentation
- Coordination of new starters and leavers, including associated processes and exit interviews.
- Organizational charts, driver checks, and refer-a-friend initiatives.
- Coordination of welcome packs and long-service certificates.
- Updating HR trackers and providing general HR administration support.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives. Your ability to work collaboratively and efficiently will be crucial as you assist with meetings, document, and follow up on actions, and support various tasks as required.
