Opportunities for experienced Program Change Management Leads in the Auckland CBD.

The role is responsible for ensuring the people and organisational change approach for programs of work are effectively scoped, planned, delivered and embedded. The role drives the program to meet long term business objectives while landing change safely and sustainably.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Provision of expert advice on people related change to form the delivery model and change approach
  • Drive the change management plan
  • Accountable for the artefacts that articulate the change strategy, process and 'how to 'guide
  • Driving alignment and clarity
  • Planning and coordinating change activities
  • Defining he transformation journey
  • Risk identification
  • Works closely with change managers providing support and coaching
