The Role
This support role would be looking after an internal team helping them with their IT needs from setup to ongoing support.
About You
- 2-3 Years in a similar role
- Extraordinary customer service and trouble shooting skills
- Fast efficient resolution of support tickets onsite or remote
- Documentation of issues/sys process
- Support on PC hardware and software
- Share and support your peers
- Analyse support data to ensure efficiency
- Strong Microsoft skills
Tools and technologies that would be great to have:
- SAP
- Hybris
- Office 365
- Citrix
