A large Hamilton-based organization is about to embark on an SAP transformation into 4/Hana. They are an excellent team with some extraordinary minds and it is an excellent opportunity to put another large, global implementation on your CV.

The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll manage the strategic planning and implementation of a large-scale digital roll-out, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.
About you
- 5-10 years’ experience in change management in difficult situations
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale IT projects
- Global implementation experience in SAP 4/Hana
- Very experienced in communications and stakeholder management in difficult situations
- Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
- Your world lights up when you hear about complex situations and you yearn to make them simple
- Strong analytical and strategic planning. Enterprise architecture experience in this space would be desirable.
- Strong SAP knowledge is highly desirable
- A degree in IT or related discipline
- Project management certification (PRINCE2 desirable)
- ITIL qualifications
